WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet fans and provide proactive customer service
• Assist with screening for prohibited items
• Support event operations such as ticket taking, ushering, and guest services
• Stay aware of surroundings and emergency procedures
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior
• Promote safety and positive fan experiences

• Previous experience inevent services, registration, hospitality, customer service, meetings, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong organizational andtime-management skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in afast-paced event environment.
• Strong attention todetail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace,registration systems, orevent-management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with event setupand breakdown asneeded.
