Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay range $40-50 per hour, negotiable with experience. Sign‑on or relocation bonus: up to $10,000 for full‑time, $5,000 for part‑time.

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist.
• Provide quality, compassionate care to every patient.
• Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride, and related procedures.
• Offer Same‑Day Care opportunities.
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
• Assess dental condition and review medical history.
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process.
• Assist with dental and periodontal charting.
• Take x‑rays when necessary and save into patient charts.
• Provide memorable patient experiences through compassion.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
