Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $40-50 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

Sign-on or relocation bonus up to $10,000 for full-time employees, $5,000 for part-time employees.

Bonuses:
Bi-weekly uncapped production bonus opportunity and monthly office performance bonuses.

Benefits include 401(k) match, PTO, medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, company holidays, and flexible schedules.

Continuing

Education:

Hygienists who have completed one year of employment may apply for reimbursement of up to $250 per year. Company‑provided certification trainings (CPR, Radiology, Nitrous Oxide, etc.) are reimbursed for testing and renewal as required.

Position Overview

We’re actively seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team and support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community. This role involves delivering direct dental care, supporting the office, and engaging with patients—most of whom are children (70% or more of our patient base).

Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient.
  • Provide direct patient care—including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures—under the general supervision of a dentist.
  • Assume general office support and excel in customer service, including offering same‑day care opportunities.
  • Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instruction.
  • Assess dental conditions and needs, and review patients’ medical histories.
  • Assist with dental and perio charting.
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
  • Experience working with children preferred.
