Overview
Pay range $45-55 per hour but negotiable depending on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Benefits include 401K, PTO, continuing education credits, and flexible schedules. Attractive sign‑on bonus and comprehensive benefits package.

- Company‑provided certification training – certifications include CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide, etc. The company reimburses selected employees for eligible training/testing expenses required to obtain or renew the certificate
- Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient
- Provide direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants and fluoride, under the general supervision of a dentist
- Offer excellent customer service and opportunities for same‑day care
- Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
- Assess dental condition and needs of patients and review medical history
Adhere to all government regulations and company standards - Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process
- Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary
- Take and save x‑rays into patient charts when necessary
- Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for our patients and parents
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
- CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire)
