Dental Hygienist

Pay range: $XX-XX per hour (negotiable). Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time, $5,000 for part‑time.

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under general supervision of a dentist
• Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient
• Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride application, and related procedures
• Offer same‑day care opportunities
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
• Assess dental condition and needs, review medical history
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards
• Guide parents and patients through entire treatment process
• Assist with dental and perio charting as needed
• Take x‑rays and save them into patient charts as required
• Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
• CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire)
