We're hiring our next clinical leader for a two-location group operating in two of metro Atlanta's most affluent communities — East Cobb and North Druid Hills. The right candidate will build a 36-month clinical career here with a real ownership pathway.
Two locations. Two affluent patient bases. One operating system.
Marietta Dentist (East Cobb): A high-velocity general practice on a major arterial in one of metro Atlanta's strongest family-income zip codes. Recall-heavy, family-driven, with strong cosmetic and elective case flow.
Atlanta Emergency Dentist (North Druid Hills
· Emory area):
Emergency-positioned practice in one of Atlanta's most affluent intown communities. High walk-in volume of pain patients with immediate treatment needs — the highest case-acceptance patient type in dentistry. Heavy surgical, endo, and implant case mix.
Across both locations:
- Consistent monthly new patient flow driven by paid digital + extended-hours scheduling.
- Same-day dentistry model — we don't waste exam-to-treatment friction.
- Full clinical stack: digital X-ray, CBCT, in-house implants, IV and oral sedation, surgical guides.
- Spa-aesthetic facilities designed for high case acceptance.
- Drama-free teams trained on a shared operational playbook.
- Diagnostic %, case acceptance, and production tracked and reviewed weekly.
Both zip codes sit well above metro Atlanta median household income. The national average accepted treatment plan is around $1,600. In our patient base — combined with a full clinical stack, emergency-driven walk-in volume at our intown location, and proper case presentation — average accepted plans run materially higher. A competent, coachable dentist with a year of ramp under our systems should be producing $150,000–$200,000+ per month.

We've designed pay around three principles: align with how associate ramps actually work, eliminate collections-based games, and reward growth disproportionately.
Months 1–3 — The Ramp Period: $700/day base guarantee against tiered compensation — whichever is higher is what you take home. You'll do your own hygiene during this ramp window. This is intentional: it exposes you to more exams, accelerates your case acceptance reps, and gets your column full faster. As your schedule fills, hygienist support comes online.
Month 4 Onward — Tiered Production Compensation:
All compensation is on adjusted production — no collections risk on you. We pay marginal tiers, like income tax brackets. Each dollar of production earns the rate of the tier it falls into:
- Monthly Adjusted Production: $0 – $49,999. Tier Rate- 24%
- Monthly Adjusted Production: $50,000 – $99,999. Tier Rate-26%
- Monthly Adjusted Production: $100,000 – $149,999. Tier Rate-28%
- Monthly Adjusted Production: $150,000 – $199,999. Tier Rate-30%
- Monthly Adjusted Production: $200,000 – $249,999. Tier Rate- 32%
- Monthly Adjusted Production: $250,000+ Tier Rate-34%

Profits Interest Pathway (Month 12+) Performers vest into our location-level profits interest pool — 4% per year, up to 20% over five years. Real cash distributions from actual profit, paid quarterly. For the right candidate, pathway to seller-financed equity with no outside debt required.
