What We Offer Our Oral Surgery Providers

Daily compensation of $1,200-$5,000 - structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production.

Flexible oral surgery scheduling: 1-2 days per month, coordinated around your existing practice or hospital schedule.

We are actively seeking an Oral Surgeon to join our dental team on a PRN basis. This is a moonlighting opportunity designed to fit the schedule you already have - not replace it. Our oral surgery program gives providers a meaningful way to extend their impact without the overhead or long-term commitment of a full-time position.

• Denta Pro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Dedicated dental assistants trained to support oral surgery procedures
• Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training

• Provide surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate
• Deliver oral surgery care efficiently and safely in a well-supported dental environment
• Partner with our dental office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
• Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
• Compassion and a strong desire to provide oral surgery care in a community dental setting
