Dental Hygienist

Pay range: $XX-XX per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10k sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5k for part‑time. We are actively seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team  a member of our practice, you'll support excellent dental care in the community, help create smiles and memorable experiences, and work primarily with children, who make up 70% or more of our patient base.

• Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Provide direct patient care, including scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, application of sealants and fluoride, and related procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by seeking opportunities to offer Same Day Care.
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
• Assess dental condition and needs of patients and review medical history.
• Assist with dental and periodontal charting.
• Work under the general supervision of a dentist and provide general support to the office.
• Earn bi‑weekly uncapped production bonuses and monthly bonuses based on office performance.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in dental hygiene.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow a dentist’s supervision.
