Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay range $40–50 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. • Deliver direct dental care and associated services under the general supervision of a dentist
• Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient
• Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealant and fluoride application, and related procedures
• Offer same‑day care opportunities and excellent customer service
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instruction
• Assess dental condition and review medical history
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards
• Guide parents and patients through the treatment process
• Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary
• Take x‑rays and upload into patient charts
• Provide memorable patient experiences with compassion
• Work with children who comprise 70% or more of our patient base

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
• CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA with hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire)
