Associate Dentist | Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, highly accountable, and skilled Associate Dentist to join our thriving practice. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic, ready to take on a high level of responsibility from day one. You will be expected to deliver comprehensive dental services, including advanced procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Deliver a full scope of high-quality dental services, including restorative, cosmetic, and
- surgical procedures.
- Provide advanced procedures such as implant placement and restoration, utilizing
- cutting-edge technology like 3D printing.
- Develop and manage patient treatment plans with a focus on excellent clinical outcomes
- and patient education.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while ensuring the highest standard
- of patient care and safety.
- Collaborate effectively with the dental team, including hygienists and assistants, to
- ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Uphold the practice's reputation for clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active, unrestricted dental license in the state of Georgia.
- Current CPR/BLS certification and active DEA registration.
- Develops strong relationships with patients and their families and has excellent chairside manner.
- Advanced training and proficiency in cosmetic dentistry, implant placement/restoration and Invisalign.
- Demonstrated a high level of accountability, responsibility, and a strong commitment to the profession.
- Collaborates with dentists, dental hygienists, and specialists.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday. Open to working Fridays for those who desire additional hours.
Benefits:

Compensation:
- $200,000-$400,000/year
