This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Schedule:
  
  Coverage Dates: 7/07-7/10; 7/14-7/16; 7/21-7/23; 7/27-7/30.
• Shift
  
  Schedule:
  
  7:30am - 4:30pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

  Clinic
• Procedures/Cases:
  Children's Dentistry
• Credentialing Timeframe: ~ 1-3 Weeks
• Requirements:
  Active Medicaid, Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), use of Dentacom Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
