Dental Hygienist

Pay range: $45–55 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time.

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services under supervision of a dentist.
• Provide scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride and related procedures.
• Offer excellent customer service and educate patients and parents in oral hygiene.
• Document patient medical history, assess dental condition and needs.
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through the treatment process.
• Assist with dental and perio charting and taking/saving x‑rays.
• Provide compassionate patient experiences.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, with hands‑on skill assessment.
• Experience with pediatric patients preferred.
