Ideal candidate:

A dentist with 5+ years of experience who combines clinical confidence with strong communication skills and a desire to continue advancing—particularly in implants, surgery, and comprehensive care.

Experience in Invisalign, endodontics, or implant training is valued, but mindset and growth orientation matter most.
