Pay & Benefits

Pay range: $40–$50 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time employees and $5,000 for part‑time employees.

Eligible for bi‑weekly uncapped production bonuses and monthly bonuses based on office performance.

Dental Hygienist

• Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Provide direct patient care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x‑ray, sealant, and fluoride applications under the general supervision of a dentist.
• Offer excellent customer service and identify opportunities for same‑day care.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene instructions.
• Assess dental conditions and review patients' medical history.
• Assist with dental and perio charting.
• Provide general support to the office as needed.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• Enthusiasm for working with children, who represent over 70% of our patient base.
