Join Our Team as a Front Desk Concierge!
Dental Harbor on Skidaway Island in Savannah, GA, is seeking a friendly and experienced Front Desk Concierge to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- - Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- - Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- - Handle billing and insurance claims
- - Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- - At least one year of dental office experience
- - Excellent communication and customer service skills
- - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- - Proficiency in dental software (experience with Dentrix is a plus)
- - High school diploma or equivalent
