Pay & Benefits
  • Competitive compensation: $45‑55 per hour, negotiable.
  • Bonuses: bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus and monthly bonuses based on office performance.
  • Sign‑on bonuses: up to $10,000 for full‑time, $5,000 for part‑time, plus relocation bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct patient care under the general supervision of a dentist, including scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealant and fluoride application.
  • Provide excellent customer service by offering same‑day care opportunities.
  • Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
  • Assess patient dental conditions and review medical history.
  • Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
  • Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process.
  • Assist with dental and periodontal charting when necessary.
  • Take x‑rays and save into patient charts when necessary.
  • Provide memorable patient experiences through compassion.
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
  • CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
