Chatham Oral Surgery in Savannah, GA is seeking a dependable, patient-focused Oral Surgery Scheduler & Onsite Phone Specialist to manage surgical scheduling and serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls. (
PLUS IF YOU HAVE DENTAL ASSISTANT BACKGROUND)This role is essential to delivering an excellent patient experience while keeping the surgical schedule running efficiently.

• Schedule oral surgery procedures accurately and efficiently

• Manage provider schedules and surgical blocks

• Answer incoming calls professionally and confidently

• Educate patients on scheduling, procedures, and next steps

• Maintain an active ASAP / short-call list

• Follow up on unscheduled treatment plans

• Coordinate with clinical and front desk teams

• Maintain accurate records in the practice management system

• Dental or oral surgery scheduling experience preferred

• Strong phone presence and communication skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar systems a plus

• Professional, patient-first mindset
