General Ent Physician Opportunity

A growing academic healthcare system in the Southeast is seeking a general ENT physician to join an established, community-based practice. This is a clinically focused opportunity offering the chance to build and expand a high-demand practice with strong institutional support.

• Bread-and-butter ENT with a broad case mix (adult & pediatric patients)

• Monday–Friday clinical work schedule
• Hospital call: ~7 days per month, call responsibilities include phone consults, inpatient coverage, and minor procedures

Compensation & incentives:

• Competitive base salary plus production (wRVU) model

Candidate qualifications:

• MD or DO;
  Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Open to AMG and FMG candidates
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment
