This Hospital System is currently recruiting an experienced General Surgeon to join our growing surgical team for our Southern market. Join our team as we meet the growing needs of our community. We are located in one of the fastest growing areas in the state. This is a bread and butter general surgery. A dedicated APP will work alongside the surgeon and assist with rounding, clinic and surgical assist.

Education, Training, & Experience MD or DOBoard Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery Laparoscopic surgery training a plus Interest in endoscopy and colonoscopy

Interest in wound care a plus Ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Georgia Functions appropriately as part of a care delivery team through efficient use of resources and skills, both their own and those of other provider and staff

Excellent clinical skills

Team oriented

At least 2 years of surgical experience
