. As a key member of our clinical team, you will deliver comprehensive primary care services, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of medical attention.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in family medicine to diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions, manage chronic illnesses, and promote preventive care. Working on-site alongside a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, you will make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of the Warm Springs community. Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Perform routine physical examinations, health screenings, and preventive care assessments.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work, imaging, and other medical procedures.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with best practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) for all patient encounters.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and provide timely follow-up on treatment outcomes.
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and medical ethics guidelines.
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in the relevant jurisdiction to practice in Warm Springs.
- Completed residency training in Family Medicine or related primary care specialty.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in family medicine or primary care settings.
- Strong clinical diagnostic and decision-making skills.
- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site clinical environment.
- Familiarity with preventive care guidelines and chronic disease management protocols.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (8a-5p)
No call requirement
Patient Census: 14-20 per day
Responsibilities:
Examine, diagnose, and treat family/internal medicine patients
Must be board-certified
Any state license accepted
BLS and DEA required
