Medical Physician & Advanced Practice Provider Since 1997, Centurion has proudly partnered with the Georgia Department of Corrections to provide mental health services. We are excited to announce that we will now also be expanding our services to include medical care. Centurion is actively seeking a Site Medical Director at Lee State Prison located in Leesburg, Ga. The Medical Director provides the clinical direction needed to meet service delivery requirements, direct clinical services for patients, and clinical supervision for medical staff at the assigned site under the supervision of the Statewide Medical Director.
The Medical Director collaborates with the Health Services Administrator (HSA) to ensure efficient and clinically appropriate medical services are provided and participates in various committees to include Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), Infection Prevention and Control, and Pharmacy and Therapeutics as requested.
