We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine physician (MD or DO) to join our Direct Primary Care (DPC) healthcare team located on the historic downtown square in Nashville, GA.

We recognize that primary care providers are the proud "Quarterback of Healthcare," and we are responding to the call to redefine and reinvigorate our profession. We are neither concierge nor insurance-based; we are rebuilding primary care from the ground up.

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (MD or DO).
• Eligible for Georgia medical licensure and DEA registration (or able to obtain both prior to start).
• Competent in full-spectrum outpatient primary care and comfortable across pediatrics, women's health, and office-based procedures.
• Interested or experienced in functionally informed medicine.
• Comfortable with a full day of unhurried 30–60 minute visits (roughly 8–12 patients) while managing telemedicine patient care.
• Personally growth-oriented and professionally driven.

• A patient panel built at a sustainable pace: 700–900 members over your first 12–18 months, not 2,000 on day one.
• Full-time position: 4.5 days/week, in person at Orchard Health.
• Light, shared weekend call and weeknight coverage is telemedicine for your own panel; a busy weekend is 4–5 calls, all handled from home.
• Tiered PTO; health insurance; 401k with company match; dental/vision coverage; annual CME allowance.
• Claims-made malpractice coverage, with tail coverage provided after 3 years with the practice.
