What You’ll Do:

Provide primary care for all ages, managing a panel of approximately 20 patients daily
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnoses
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document clinical encounters accurately in EHR systems
Provide health education and preventative care counseling
Assist with patient follow-up and coordinate referrals as necessary

What You Need:

Active Georgia Medical License and BLS certification
Ability to see patients of all ages
Experience in family practice or primary care (preferred)
Strong communication and patient management skills
Reliable and self-motivated team player
