Job Purpose to disciple and care for youth, their families, and the adults who work with them as we take seekers into the fullness of Christ.

Organizational Relationships
Reports to Fred Hartley III, Lead Pastor
Works closely with Pastoral Team, Youth Ministry, Sister/Ethnic Churches
Responsible for Entire Youth Ministry:
Youth coaches, Student Leadership Team, Next Gen LIFE Groups, Youth Families

Qualifications

A love for and understanding of youth in a multi-ethnic community, excellent communicator, model effective teaching and training, flexibility, adaptability, team player, soul-winner, encourager, doctrinally sound and in agreement with the doctrinal statement of One Mission, administrative and organizational abilities, visionary, leadership development, a do-what-it-takes attitude.

Objectives and Responsibilities
1. Pray.
2. Lead high school and middle school ministry, overseeing Sunday morning, Wednesday night, small groups, retreats, and annual Summer mission trip or LIFE.
3. Care for parents and family life. Communicate well with parents, coaching them as the primary disciple-makers of their own children.
4. Leadership training. Recruit, train, and mentor Youth Coaches and Student Leaders.
5. Soul winning. Every ministry of our church is a soul winning ministry.
6. Miscellaneous congregational care related to youth.

Terms
This is a 20-30 hour/week position.
