- Lead and oversee all aspects of school operations, ensuring adherence to Montessori philosophy and educational standards.
- Provide visionary leadership to faculty and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with Montessori principles and meet the diverse needs of our student community.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and enriching environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, promoting open communication and partnership in children's education.
- Manage budgetary and financial aspects of the school, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors and stakeholders to advance the school's mission and strategic goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Montessori credentials (AMS or AMI certification) required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early learning school management and administration, preferably in a Montessori setting.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and empower a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of child development and Montessori pedagogy.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive educational environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with parents, faculty, staff, and community members.
