Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of school operations, ensuring adherence to Montessori philosophy and educational standards.
  • Provide visionary leadership to faculty and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with Montessori principles and meet the diverse needs of our student community.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and enriching environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, promoting open communication and partnership in children's education.
  • Manage budgetary and financial aspects of the school, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors and stakeholders to advance the school's mission and strategic goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Montessori credentials (AMS or AMI certification) required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in early learning school management and administration, preferably in a Montessori setting.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and empower a diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of child development and Montessori pedagogy.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive educational environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with parents, faculty, staff, and community members.
