St John Paul II College (JPC) is a Catholic, co-educational secondary school serving families in the north of Canberra. About the Role
The Science Faculty Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the effective delivery of academic programs and operational activities within a science faculty. This position provides high-level administrative and coordination support to academic staff, students, and leadership, ensuring the smooth running of teaching, assessment, and faculty processes. The coordinator acts as a central point of contact, managing schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
With a strong focus on organisation, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement, the role contributes to a positive academic experience for students and supports the strategic and operational objectives of the faculty.
