Instructional Aide Substitute opportunities are currently available on a flexible, per diem basis for those passionate about supporting students in a school environment. • Provide 1:1 and small group assistance to students during instructional activities as directed by teachers and staff
• Aid students academically, socially, and behaviorally, ensuring they can participate fully in classroom routines
• Implement behavioral support plans, and follow students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) when required
• Support daily transitions, mobility needs, and, as needed, personal care requirements
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students
• Maintain effective supervision and encourage positive student engagement

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Current TB test per district requirement
• Able to stand, walk, and help with lifting as necessary
• All required school clearances, or willingness to obtain them before starting

• Previous work within education settings, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, behavioral challenges, or autism
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plus (though not required)
• Reliable, compassionate, and eager to be a positive team player
