• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Masters or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Prior experience in a school, educational, or youth-focused setting preferred
• Solid understanding of psychological testing, evaluation methods, and behavioral interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Organizational skills and adaptability to manage multiple priorities

• Assess and identify students learning, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Conduct psychological and academic evaluations using standardized tools
• Develop intervention plans and work collaboratively to monitor student progress
• Consult with teachers and families to provide guidance and recommend strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to special education eligibility decisions
• Support the creation of safe, positive school climates
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
