Rutgers University-Camden, Faculty of Arts & Sciences, Department of Visual, Media, and Performing Arts (VMPA), is hiring Applied Music Instructors to teach lessons in voice and various instruments for courses in Fall 2026 and/or Spring 2027. Responsibilities include preparing students for juries, assigning grades, and coordinating course instruction.

Teach lessons in voice and instruments; prepare students for performance juries; assign grades; coordinate instructional requirements.

• Master’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years teaching experience required.
• List of performances or concerts from last 2-3 years required.

• Doctoral degree may be preferred for some disciplines.

Minimum of $751 for the contract period.
