Teacher - Stem, Connections 6-8 (Ms) For The School Year
Establish a positive learning environment and respond to the individual needs of students in the classroom. Plan and implement effective lessons, using time, materials and resources effectively. Display a thorough knowledge of math and/or science curriculum. Demonstrate awareness of the needs of students and provide for individual differences. Support the philosophy and mission of the Bartow County School System. Demonstrate prompt and regular attendance.
Other duties as assigned.
Must hold or be able to obtain a valid clear renewable Georgia teaching certificate in Middle Grades Mathematics (4-8) OR Mathematics (6-12) and/or Middle Grades Science (4-8) OR Science (6-12).
Ability and knowledge to effectively teach at the middle school level.
Previous teaching experience preferred, not required.
