First Baptist Church of Rochelle is seeking a part-time or bi-vocational youth director who is committed to discipling and building relationships with our future church leaders. The role requires about 20 hours per week and a salary of $25,000 per year.
The position will support youth programs on Sundays at 6pm and Wednesdays at 7pm, and will report to the senior pastor. The ideal candidate will have a calling into youth ministry, a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, prior Bible teaching
