Relevant expertise may include medical or nursing education, healthcare curriculum development, digital health education, competency-based education, interprofessional education, quality assurance or evaluation of educational programmes.

Skills/QualificationsApplicants should demonstrate relevant expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- medical education;
- competency-based education;
- quality assurance in higher education;
- peer review or evaluation of educational programmes.
Experience with international education projects, Erasmus+ projects, digital health competencies or curriculum reform will be considered an advantage.
Applicants are expected to briefly demonstrate their expertise through relevant examples, such as participation in curriculum development or curriculum review processes, evaluation of educational programmes or projects, development of teaching and learning materials, quality assurance activities, relevant publications, conference papers, reports, training experience or similar professional assignments.

Additional InformationThe purpose of this assignment is to provide an independent external peer review of the draft output developed under Task 1.2 - Development of an Updated Healthcare Curriculum.
The selected expert will assess the quality, relevance, coherence and practical applicability of the draft curriculum-related materials and will provide recommendations for improvement before finalisation.
The external peer reviewer will be expected to:
- review the draft curriculum-related document and supporting materials provided by TMA;
- assess the relevance of the proposed approach to medical and nursing education;
- assess the integration of digital health concepts and competencies;
- review the clarity, coherence, completeness and practical usability of the proposed curriculum approach;
- identify strengths, gaps and areas requiring clarification;
- provide practical recommendations for improvement;
- submit a written peer-review report in English;
- participate in one online clarification meeting, if requested.

Selection processApplications will be evaluated by an Evaluation Committee appointed by TMA. The Committee will assess each application against the criteria listed below, using a scoring scale from 1 to 5, where 1 represents the lowest score and 5 represents the highest score.

3 - Satisfactory compliance with the criterion
4 - Good compliance with the criterion
5 - Excellent compliance with the criterion
Each criterion will be scored from 1 to 5 and then converted into weighted points according to the weighting indicated below.
