Job Title:
Electronic Warfare School Range Facilitator
JOB DESCRIPTION Advanced Technology Leaders is seeking qualified personnel to provide Electronic Warfare Range Operations personnel to facilitate training at an electronic warfare range for the Cyber Center of Excellence Electronic Warfare School. Electronic Warfare ranges will be utilized to train Advanced Individual Training, Senior Leader Course, (SLC) and Advanced Leader Course (ALC). Range operations shall be performed by a blended workforce of Military and Contract personnel.
Systems to be trained and duration of training shall be identified in the course POIs. Primary duties will consist of: RANGE PREPARATION and UPKEEP
* Setup, and tear down all necessary equipment, including all tactical vehicles prior to and at the conclusion of daily range operations.
* Perform Operator level maintenance, and dispatching of Tactical Vehicles,
* Coordinating for, picking up, setting up, and operating the Counter Radio Controlled
* Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (CREW) systems, CREW TADSS and TASC devices used at the EW range.
* Maintain cleanliness of range facilities, equipment, and grounds keeping, to include mowing and edging of common areas not covered by DPW or range control. DISMOUNTED LANE
* Setup, and tear down all necessary equipment prior to and at the conclusion of daily range operations.
* Facilitate instruction of tactical equipment during the dismounted lane IAW the applicable course POI.
* Reset of the training aids and systems for each iteration. TROUBLESHOOTING LANE:
* Setup, and tear down all necessary equipment prior to and at the conclusion of daily range operations.
* Facilitate instruction of tactical equipment during the troubleshooting lane IAW the applicable course POI. MOUNTED LANE:
* Setup, and tear down of necessary equipment prior to and at the conclusion of daily range operations.
* Facilitate instruction of the mounted lane IAW the applicable course POI. This includes operation of tactical equipment including, but not limited to, the MAT-V, MAXX-PRO DASH w/ OGPK or the M1165A1 HMMWV, CREW systems, simulators and Test Sets.
* Reset of the training aids and systems for each iteration. TRAINING DEVICES:
* Facilitate instruction of the available training devices and aids used to support the Electronic Warfare range.
* Maintain, emplace, operate, and recover training devices before, during, and after the completion of training IAW the applicable course POI. Required
Education and Experience:
Be a graduate of one of the following courses of instruction with five years' experience directly related to requirements:
* Graduate of the US Army ASI 1K course, a sister service EW Course, or be a Counter Radio
- Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (CREW) Field Service Representative (FSR).
* Graduate of U.S. Army AOC/MOS producing Electronic Warfare Course
* Graduate of any service Electronic Warfare course of 160 hours or longer
* Graduate of Electromagnetic Battlefield Management course (25E)
* Graduate of the Signals Intelligence course (35N)
* Graduate of Field Artillery Targeting Technician course (131A) Additional Eligibility
Qualifications:
* Must complete Phase I of the instructor's certification process.
* Graduate of Common Faculty Development-Instructors Course (CFD-IC) or meet requirements to attend required training within 60 days of contract start date.
* Graduate of Installation Staff Contractor Training Course (ISCTC) or meet the requirements to attend required training within 60 days of contract start date.
* Complete the Fort Gordon Range Safety Certification Brief along with the Unit level Range Certification Classes.
* Shall possess, at a minimum, a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
* Possess skills/knowledge of performing office automation work that includes word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal computer applications; typing a variety of materials from rough draft into final form including narrative and tabular material, e.g., correspondence, reports, and forms; maintaining records, historical records, survey results,…
