Pest & Termite Technician

Responsibilities

• Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life”.
• Support the team with pre- and post‑construction termite treatments and monitor termite bait systems.
• Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections.
• Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles, and apply pest control products in compliance with label standards.
• Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage route‑based assignments.

• Act as a brand ambassador representing our values and image with every customer interaction.

• Starting hourly range $18-$21.

Physical Demands / Working Environment: candidates must lift and carry up to 50 lbs., operate company vehicle for extended periods, work in confined spaces and all weather conditions, and be comfortable with independent route‑based assignments.
