As a Contractor – Energy Data Management, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of energy invoice data that powers critical business insights. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment while supporting process excellence and digital transformation.

As part of the Global Data Management team, you'll work closely with Energy Data Analysts to support the end-to-end lifecycle of energy invoice data. Your focus will be on ensuring data integrity and freeing up analysts to focus on more complex, value-added tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and organize energy invoices and data from global suppliers
• Manually process invoice data using our in-house software
• Run reports to identify and resolve missing or incomplete data
• Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Upload validated data into internal systems
• Support ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed

We're looking for detail-oriented, tech-savvy individuals who thrive in structured environments and enjoy working with data.

Your

Skills & Experience:

• Strong analytical mindset and numerical accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional European languages a plus)
• High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision
• Previous experience in data or analytical roles is a plus, but not required
