• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Certified Electrician/Instrumentation Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering Technologist

  4-7 years of electrical maintenance supervisory experience. Sawmill orwood products experience preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of electrical systems, with PLC knowledge being critical.
• Mechanical knowledge is essential.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office is an asset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of ateam and participate in cross-functional team environments.

• Ensure all safety compliance programs are being applied within workgroup.
• Supervision of industrialelectricians in a mill setting.
• Managing employee schedules
• Scheduling and preparing work orders
• Assisting with parts and inventory control, payroll, and preparing and submitting daily and weekly reports
• Troubleshooting and failure analysis skills (formal training preferred)
• Development of the maintenanceelectrical team members
• Commitment to top performancein a safe work environment is necessary.
• Ensure productivity,housekeeping and quality of work standards are maintained within the electrical maintenance department.
