Deutsche Windtechnik is offering the LIT (Leader In Training ) program in the United States. The 24‑month rotation begins with 12 months on site as a technician, progressing Fellows to Associate Technicians and then Technician II.
Back‑office rotations follow in Houston, TX, with some travel.
Required:
a Bachelor’s in Wind/Renewable Energy or related field, strong mechanical affinity, MS Office skills, and the ability to pass a physical exam and drug screening.
