Engineering & Maintenance Manager needed for a Mfg. Plant
managing process / process improvement, machine reliability, capex project engineering and a maintenance dept. with 10-12 multi-craft technicians running a 24x7 operation.
Need a BS degree in Engineering (BSE, BSME, BSMET, BSIE, BSEE, BSEET types) and around 10 years' experience with 3 years of management. Industrial Mfg. experience required. Need to be hands-on involvement balanced with oversight.
Need machine based experience with product flow / process experience that are metrics based and improvement focused. Strong base, bonus eligible, strong 401k match, generous vacation package.
