The ideal candidate will lead process improvement initiatives and support cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing projects from conception through to implementation, collaborating on process enhancements, and developing thorough documentation. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering along with 7-10 years of relevant industry experience are required.
