Job Description

The candidate will be inserted into the Purchasing function of UdB Nord Est, reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager, and will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring, in compliance with company procedures, the correct management of the entire negotiation process;
  • Providing support to Operations and to territorial and central commercial structures in achieving competitiveness, quality, and timeliness objectives of offers for the acquisition of new contracts and concessions;
  • Supporting in the offer/response phase to public tenders and private market tenders, in the analyses and estimates of purchase costs of materials, services, and works;
  • Supporting the Purchasing Manager in vendor management activities: identification of potential suppliers, of local and national interest, collaborating in the qualification process (reference checks, document verification, audits);
  • Collaborating in vendor rating activities;
  • Supporting other phases of the Passive Cycle with particular reference to the management of supplier payments;
  • Promoting and facilitating the culture of continuous improvement of processes and operational practices.
Qualifications
  • Diploma / Master's degree in technical/economic disciplines;
  • Knowledge of subcontracting contractuality and the Public Procurement Code, as well as the technical and production characteristics of the supplies and services to be dealt with, will constitute a preferred title;
  • At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role gained in related business contexts or medium/large companies operating in the sector;
  • Passion for the energy world and procurement;
