EE 5-8 yrs of related experience in electrical design preferably in a chemical or other manufacturing environment. $105-120k (some flex). 2 plus years with AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical. Understanding of P&'s. Creation of I/O lists, size wire, and conduit of a P& DCS and PLC issues.

The Instrument and Electrical (I&E) Engineer will:

• Provide technical support and be responsible for improving general knowledge on-site regarding electrical equipment efficiency and plant electrical safety by improving project and maintenance electrical designs
• Create I/O lists, size wire, and conduit of a P&
• Create and improve the electrical specification and electrical standards for local plant site and the remote sites

Requirements:

• BSEE
• 5
  -8+ years of related experience in industrial electrical design is required. Preferably in a chemical plant or other manufacturing environments.
• 2+ years of experience with AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical.
• 3+ years of work experience in the chemical or petrochemical industry.
• Familiar with NEC codes and IEC standards.
• Familiar with designing 24V – 480V electrical distribution systems.
• Familiar with DCS automation and process control systems. Yokogawa experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and database management.
• Able to travel up to 20% is required.
