Ingeteam, a leading company specialized in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, seeks to incorporate a Product Material Compliance Specialist to reinforce regulatory compliance of our products and help implement a robust material compliance system at a corporate level.

• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations for hazardous substances and materials.
• Analyze and follow up on international regulations including: REACH, RoHS, SVHC, SCIP, PFAS, POPs, PCBs, Stockholm Convention, Mercury, as well as UK REACH, TSCA, and equivalent international regulations.
• Define, design, and implement the Product Material Compliance system, including:
• Selection and implementation of tools (e.g., Marker site, BOMcheck, or similar).
• Definition of processes, roles, responsibilities, and information flows.
• Governance and data quality criteria.
• Act with transversal influence over areas such as Purchasing, Product, Quality, and other key functions.
• Train and support internal users (Purchasing, Business, Product) on material compliance and use of tools.
• Support, in a complementary way, sustainability issues in the supply chain, including ESG-related risks to materials and contributions to the CSRD report.
• Participate as a point of contact in audits, customer consultations, and specific regulatory requirements.

• University degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product material compliance, substance regulations, or regulatory compliance in product.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing processes or systems, not just in operational execution.
• Previous experience in industrial, consumer, or equivalent environments (open sector).
• Medium to high level of English.
• Valuable knowledge of SAP (ERP) and material compliance tools.
