Creo Design Engineer – Passenger Vehicle Structural Components

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Creo Design Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in the passenger vehicle segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in 3D modeling, 2D manufacturing drawing, and GD&T using Creo, with added experience in designing structural components such as support structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop passenger vehicle structural components
• Create high-quality 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using Creo, adhering to company standards.
• Apply GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and DFM/DFA principles to ensure manufacturability and assembly compatibility.
• Collaborate with internal/cross functional teams to address design feedback, structural performance, and cost optimization.
• PLM – Windchill is preferable
• Support design changes, and validation phase support.

Required

Skills & Experience:

• 4–6 years of product design experience in the automotive passenger vehicle domain
• Hands-on proficiency with Creo (V6.0) for modeling and detailing
• Good understanding of sheet metal and welded component design
• Experience in designing load-bearing parts or structural brackets is a plus
• Working knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and automotive drawing standards
• Familiarity with PLM tools such as Windchill (Optional)
