Join our dynamic team where creativity meets precision! As a crucial part of our engineering department, you'll coordinate with the Project Engineer and other talented personnel to bring product development and operations support projects to life. Dive into creating finished models and drawings with minimal supervision, and let your design skills shine across various exciting projects!

We're looking for someone with an Associate Degree in Computer Aided Design or Engineering Technology, or at least two years of applicable college-level training in engineering. While a Bachelor of Science in an Engineering field is a plus, your practical skills are what truly matter! You'll need a solid grasp of engineering mathematics, strength of materials, and manufacturing processes. With at least four years of experience in CATIA V5, you'll be well-versed in Government Specifications and industrial drawing standards.

Shop experience is a bonus! Communication is key, as you'll be interacting with both internal teams and external vendors.

• Unleash your creativity with original, solid modeling design work and drafting activities to support product development.
• Show off your skills in the CATIA V5 environment.
• Manage design files and activities in the ENOVIA Product Lifecycle Management environment.
• Create stunning models and drawings with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, presenting model-based analytical methods and results, contributing to design reviews, and providing design definitions.
• Utilize computer-aided design equipment to create, revise, and manage designs efficiently.
• Act on technical information for design documentation and Configuration Control.
• Advise management on technical feasibility and practical design solutions.
• Provide insights on CATIA and ENOVIA license needs, upgrades, and add-ons.
• Share expertise on standard operating procedures for design, drafting, and file management.
• Identify cost or time-saving concepts in design practices.
• Stay ahead with new technologies in manufacturing.
• Engage in minor to major layouts, product and tool design, and some analysis.
• Familiarity with Government engineering design practices is essential.

• Lift up to 25 lbs with ease.
• Use your hands to operate drafting tools and equipment.
• Navigate tight, awkward work spaces to perform tasks.
• Work comfortably in both standing and seated positions.
