Reporting to the Works Manager of the agency, your main duties are to:

• Pilot the execution of works on several sites, respecting contractual commitments in terms of quality, deadlines, and costs:
  Manage purchases, material orders, and subcontracting
• Ensure the planning and availability of all means necessary for the completion of the site (logistical, material, and organizational means)
• Transmit data for invoicing as well as for the costing of complementary works and the follow-up of end-of-site forecasts
• Lead site meetings and prepare execution plans and dossiers
• Lead Joint Inspection Visits with employees, subcontractors
• Act as an interface until the reception of the site, during the lifting of reservations, and until the Guarantee of Perfect Completion phase
• Ensure the safety of teams on site in compliance with the Security Quality Environment Energy policy (e.g., safety talks)
• Be the local contact for the client and propose improvement ideas
• Organize and coordinate the work of employees and subcontractors
