Duties- Operation and development of the company's management system.
- Organizing, preparation, and implementation of customer and certification audits.
- Monitoring and development of quality management processes.
- Support development and updating of quality assurance plans (Control Plan), FMEA and PPAP documentation for products.
- Support handling of customer complaints, support root cause analyses (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why).
- Support of transmission projects.
- Supporting continuous improvement projects to improve product quality and production processes.
- Managing quality documentation (test reports, declarations of conformity, product dossiers).
- Working closely with development, production, logistics, and supplier quality assurance.
- Higher technical education (mechanical engineering, materials engineering, electrical engineering or related field).
- Professional experience in a quality engineering role, advantage: experience in mechanical manufacturing or stainless steel processing, electrical manufacturing.
- Confident knowledge of quality assurance tools and methods (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D, 5
Why). - Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (advantage: ISO 13485, ISO 3834-2, EN 15085-2).
- Negotiable knowledge of English and/or German, verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, independent work.
