Job Responsibilities:
To assist the Test & Development Engineer in terms of setup, debug and test.
Support for Test and Development Engineer evaluations, projects and analysis, test verifications / qualifications (include Partest) and Support on debug on failure and analysis.
Scrap Cost Monitoring by Product.
Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Derive Continual Improvement. Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task.
Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Optoelectronics or Telecommunications).
Experience in optical device testing/debug/repair/setup related industry and in mass production environment is advantage.
Familiar with basic knowledge and principle of optical devices and electronic/electric.
Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc
With good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information/ data.
Familiar with circuit diagrams and a strong background in Electronics.
Familiarity with electrical/electronic/optic test instruments.
Experience in troubleshooting PCBA preferred.
Can work independently and work with support teams as needed.
