We are looking for a Team Leader to support our microtunneling project activity in France and internationally. Reporting to the site manager, you will supervise a production team on the microtunneling projects carried out in France. Your duties are as follows:

• Ensure the proper functioning of the microtunneling machine and its logistics chain, in accordance with the plans and schedules provided, respecting safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Manage the supplies necessary for the advancement of the microtunneling machine (buses, pipes, cables, etc…)
• Ensure the proper use of equipment, check the control of installations, and plan maintenance
• Supervise operational teams: drivers, operators, bottom of the pit/surface
• Address and report anomalies to the hierarchy
• Provide daily reports on your activity to the site manager
• Apply the company's rules on safety and environmental protection

With a professional degree or BTS in public works, you ideally know the different positions on a microtunneling site (driver, operator…) and/or you have experience in the field of special foundations, drilling, or public works.

Your technical interest and your organizational skills will be essential for the success of your missions.

You are autonomous and have good interpersonal skills to rally and motivate your team.

Mastery of Microsoft Office.

Mobility is essential in France. International mobility is a plus.
