• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4+ years of land development experience
• Georgia PE License or EIT actively working toward PE licensure
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar civil design software
• Experience designing site development projects including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies

We are recruiting on purpose for a Civil Engineer – Land Development to join a well-established engineering firm in Cornelia, GA (Habersham County). This role is ideal for a motivated engineer who enjoys managing and designing site development projects from concept through completion.

The selected candidate will work on a variety of commercial, residential, and municipal land development projects, collaborating with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

• Lead and manage land development design projects from planning through construction
• Prepare site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management, and drainage designs
• Design utility layouts and erosion control plans in compliance with regulatory standards
• Coordinate with clients, surveyors, contractors, and internal engineering teams
• Assist with permitting processes and regulatory approvals
