O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships;
Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and direct efforts to pick and stage parts for delivery;
Route delivery specialists to ensure customers receive their orders in a consistent and timely manner;
Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store;
Assist on front counter and backroom duties (auto-load, returns, stock), and assist with customer labor claims to ensure speedy processing
